Being the iconic wine of Bodega Norton, Gernot Langes is named after its owner. This wine is made with a careful selection of the best Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes from Bodega Norton's oldest vineyards 3,600ft above sea level. This unique blend is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and then in its bottle for another 14 months.
Tasting Notes: An intense, dark ruby red color. On the nose, there are complex and elegant aromas reflecting the character of this wine, which includes red fruit, spice and minerality. On the palate, the wine is velvety with harmonious tannins coming from the Malbec, followed by complex black fruit that persist in a long and vibrant finish.
ABV: 14.8% / Varietals: 70% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon / Appellation: Uco Valley, Argentina
