This natural and environmentally friendly philosophy encourages strong root systems that penetrate the soil, resulting in lively tannin structures, soil characters and fine minerality. These practices also ensure that yields are kept low with concentrated flavours and excellent natural acidity.
Tasting Notes: Convincing crimson-purple colour. The bouquet displays red cherry, bay leaf, spices and a hint of black pepper. The palate is a enticing mix of capsicum, licorice, blackberry and mulberry. Tannins are fineand well integrated. A serious Cabernet for the price that can be enjoyed anytime withpleasure and confidence.
