The Bolla winery can be found in Pedemonte, where the second production site after Soave was built in 1931. The two original buildings are still home to offices, a reception area and the winery’s tasting rooms.The historic wing is the location of the Cantina del Nonno cellars, the heart of a tradition, enriched over time by 1700 barriques and 35 tonneaux, as well as a series of Slavonian oak barrels dating back to 1883.
All Bolla wines are conceived as artisanal products, focused on a few key aspects:
a strong link with the growing area: supervision of raw materials through direct management and long-term grape supply relationships in Valpolicella and in the main Verona and Veneto designations;
authenticity: Italian-style wines but with a fresh, modern feel, from the most iconic of local traditions to the most contemporary, proving there is interest for younger consumers.
