Dragon Red is a traditional style dry Junmai, made with premium Super A grade Yamanishiki from one of the best rice fields in Hyogo Prefecture. A characterful sake. A premium junmai polished down to 65%. Best enjoyed at warm temperatures. Goes well with hot dishes like oden, agedashi tofu, light ramen, grilled mackerel, tuna poke, yakitori and oden.
