Made with 100% top grade “Kogane Sengan” sweet potato and black koji rice. This shochu has been aged for 2 years and is full-bodied, with subtle sweetness, and expressive aromas. Best enjoyed on the rocks or with water. Pairs well with yakitori, tempura and gyoza.
