This is new series of Japanese R.T.D (ready to drink) Sake Cocktail. Yuzu is a kind of Japanese citrus cross between lemon, lime & orange.Often Yuzu is used for Japanese cuisine as a spice. Yuzu highball is made from Yuzu infused in Kizakura semi dry sake and carbonated to give extra refreshment.
