There is the one of famous fishing port in Oita prefecture called "Saga no Seki". Only in this port you can find a type of fish called "Seki". So we worked on a project with "Saga no Seki" fishermen to pair a shochu with "Seki" fish. This "Seki no Shita" shochu was born from that project. Enjoy this by on the rocks with sushi, sashimi of Aji & Saba Mackerel.
