Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Strawberry Yeast Namasake 720ml

Brewed using the yeast isolated from the flowers of strawberry plants, it gives refreshing sweetness and fruitiness, which is almost reminiscent of strawberries. This sake has a harmonious sweetness and acidity, and a sharp aftertaste on the finish. It would be best served chilled, but it also can be enjoyed warm.
