Key Areas of Responsibility

• Work cross-functionally to drive innovation, insights and growth across multiple departments

• Engage with senior team members on the media, strategy and creative teams to drive holistic partnership on data, measurement and analysis

• Advice senior team members on all things media and marketing

• Evolve new measurements opportunities

• Coach and advise analytics team members on how to build and improve measurement frameworks

• Create analytics frameworks and measurement plans for internal teams based on specific goals and success metrics

• Help internal teams evolve their measure of success overtime to create a maturity model for growing a business

• Oversee all reporting, dashboards and modeling deliverables to ensure accurate and on-time data deliverables


Experience/ Knowledge Required

• 3-5 years experience in digital marketing analytics preferable with a media focus and specifically an in-depth understanding of social platforms

• Experience in leading and managing a team of analysts

• Significant experience in communication, including presentation and brainstorming

• Experience with campaign analysis working with digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

• Experience working with analytics and measurement systems such as Google Analytics

• Advanced skill in Excel including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros
